The client who is a supplier and transporter of fresh foods to various refrigerated outlets and chains was facing difficulties in delivering food products of the right quality. The client approached us to resolve this issue as the damaged food products will cause customer dissatisfaction and higher operating costs. The client was seeking a solution as they have a vast delivery network catering to a large customer base and could not afford to lose their market share. Our team took a briefing from the client to identify the pain points and challenges they were facing.
